Membership includes access to Fitness Center, 4 lane 1/9 mile track, group fitness specials and open gym. Times for open gym can be found here. Children under 12 not permitted in Fitness Center.

The goal of our staff is to provide members with a clean, safe and friendly fitness environment, and to provide them the opportunity to learn proper exercise principles and techniques. NYA Track membership includes access to the 1/9 mile track on weekdays 6 a.m. - 2 p.m. and weekends 6-10 am. No track events are scheduled during these times so just share the track with other members and guests. Day passes (student $7.00 / Adult $10.00) can be purchased that allow for track usage and admission into the fitness center for the full day. All guests must have a waiver signed before participation. The NYA general waiver can be signed ahead of time and submitted online. Due to the number of schools and student athletes that want to use the track and and the level activity in the fieldhouse, the NYA Track is closed to member walking on weekdays from 2:00pm - closing and on weekends after 10:00am. Personal One-on-one organized activity designed to improve athletic performance or help attain a required level of skill. One-hour sessions for individuals, partners and groups are available; Performance An unmatched workout experience designed to enhance performance in all sports.
