Peter D'Amico & NYA honored Peter D’Amico honored at the Newtown Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club 6th Annual Business of the Year Award Monday, March 30, 2009 The Newtown Chamber of Commerce and the Newtown Rotary Club held its 6th Annual Business of the Year Dinner and Awards presentation at the Inn at Newtown. The award has been established as a means of recognition for those businesses in town that contribute considerably to the town community, either by means of donations or volunteerism. Nominations were submitted by members of both the chamber and the Rotary Club. Finalists and honorees were determined by the award committee.
